Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,174 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of interleukin-4 production. Each is linked with ZFPM1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by ZFPM1-low versus ZFPM1-high in BONE.
