Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMC4, MIR633, and RN7SL612P. Each is linked with ZFPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMC4 grouped by ZFPL1-low versus ZFPL1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
