ZFPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RELA, KAT5, and STX5. Each is linked with ZFPL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPL1 versus RELA in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
