ZFP90

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP90 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP90-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, TUBGCP5, and PIGF. Each is linked with ZFP90 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP90-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP90→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
