Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP69B RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZFP69B data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZFP69B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP69B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCS show a favorable association.

LIHC, MESO, and OV are the cancer types where ZFP69B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
