Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP69B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFP69B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZFP69B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP69B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZFP69B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
