ZFP69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,945 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP69-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638, UROD, and RBMX_S88. Each is linked with ZFP69 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP69-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP69→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
