Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP64 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,610 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are APTX, STAMBPL1, and CNTROB. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP64 versus APTX in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
