ZFP64

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP64 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,615 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP64-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, PFDN1, and UBE2S. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP64 versus SMC4 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
