ZFP42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,396 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are AMP biosynthetic process, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with ZFP42 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP42-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMP biosynthetic process grouped by ZFP42-low versus ZFP42-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
