ZFP42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,829 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, EXOSC9, and EIF2S1. Each is linked with ZFP42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP42-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1 grouped by ZFP42-low versus ZFP42-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
