ZFP42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, NEUROD2, and GDF5-AS1. Each is linked with ZFP42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP42-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by ZFP42-low versus ZFP42-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
