Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP36L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP36L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM11P1, MIR302A, and RN7SL488P. Each is linked with ZFP36L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36L1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
