Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL488P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL488P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL488P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, RN7SL488P RNA expression shows 6,859 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight DLBC, ESCA, and GBM as cancer lineages where RN7SL488P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
