ZFP36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFP36_S60, COIL_S487, and ZFP36_S186. Each is linked with ZFP36 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP36 versus ZFP36_S60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
