ZFP36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,787 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are JUNB, EGR1, and FOS. Each is linked with ZFP36 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP36 versus JUNB in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
