Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,060 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of keratinocyte apoptotic process, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-independent decay, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with ZFP36 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36 results are reported.
