ZFP30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS19BP1, HSPB2-C11orf52, and EMC4. Each is linked with ZFP30 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP30-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS19BP1 grouped by ZFP30-low versus ZFP30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
