ZFP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,646 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MYEF2_S17, and SPAG7. Each is linked with ZFP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP3 versus MYEF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
