ZFP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,043 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOR1, YWHAE, and FXR2. Each is linked with ZFP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP3 versus NCOR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
