ZFP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, CHAF1B, and PKN3. Each is linked with ZFP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by ZFP3-low versus ZFP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
