Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, mTOR_pS2448, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with ZFP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP3 results are reported.
