Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G4C, MAN1A1, and FGF1. Each is linked with ZFP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP2 results are reported.
