Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHBP1L1, HSDL1, and BMPR1A. Each is linked with ZFHX3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFHX3 versus EHBP1L1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
