Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, LDHAP1, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with ZFHX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by ZFHX2-low versus ZFHX2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
