Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFC3H1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFC3H1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZFC3H1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFC3H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

THYM, ESCA, and UVM are the cancer types where ZFC3H1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
