ZFC3H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFC3H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFC3H1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, SRSF9, and C9orf64. Each is linked with ZFC3H1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFC3H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFC3H1 versus RBM12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFC3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFC3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
