Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFC3H1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,711 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFC3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERG, SEMA3C, and CCDC80. Each is linked with ZFC3H1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFC3H1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFC3H1 versus ERG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFC3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFC3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
