ZFC3H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFC3H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFC3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, GPN3, and DDX55. Each is linked with ZFC3H1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFC3H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by ZFC3H1-low versus ZFC3H1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFC3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFC3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
