ZFC3H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFC3H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFC3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM170A, NIPSNAP1, and ZC2HC1B. Each is linked with ZFC3H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFC3H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM170A grouped by ZFC3H1-low versus ZFC3H1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFC3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFC3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
