ZFAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL6, SIRPD, and C9orf72. Each is linked with ZFAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL6 grouped by ZFAT-low versus ZFAT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
