ZFAND4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIP5K1, PPP2R5C, and RCC1. Each is linked with ZFAND4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIP5K1 grouped by ZFAND4-low versus ZFAND4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
