ZFAND3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,415 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIOK2_S337, GLO1, and PHLDB1_S489. Each is linked with ZFAND3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND3 versus RIOK2_S337 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
