ZFAND3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN16, LSM2, and PPP1R11. Each is linked with ZFAND3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND3 versus ZSCAN16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
