ZFAND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA35, NPAP1P2, and RNA5SP451. Each is linked with ZFAND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA35 grouped by ZFAND1-low versus ZFAND1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
