Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZEB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD79B, ARHGAP15, and ABCA8. Each is linked with ZEB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZEB2 versus CD79B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
