Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZEB2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZEB2 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZEB2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZEB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where ZEB2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
