Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZEB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, S6_pS235_S236, and PCNA. Each is linked with ZEB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB2 results are reported.
