Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZEB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZEB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of actin filament-based movement, Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with ZEB2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of actin filament-based movement grouped by ZEB2-low versus ZEB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
