Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,853 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, DOCK2, and ETS1. Each is linked with ZDHHC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC9-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
