ZDHHC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,756 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA0513, CHMP1A, and PARP4. Each is linked with ZDHHC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC7-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC7 versus KIAA0513 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
