ZDHHC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,594 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LTBP4, PLCD1, and TOP2B. Each is linked with ZDHHC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC3 versus LTBP4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
