Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZDHHC15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZDHHC15 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZDHHC15 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZDHHC15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and ACC are the cancer types where ZDHHC15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
