ZDHHC15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,518 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF471, CHD6, and ZFP90. Each is linked with ZDHHC15 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC15-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC15 versus ZNF471 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
