ZDHHC15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,569 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, C11orf96, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with ZDHHC15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC15-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC15 versus AGO1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
