Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 362 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP3B, CCDC134, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with ZDHHC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC15-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC15 results are reported.
