Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ZDHHC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC15-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ZDHHC15-low versus ZDHHC15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
