Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCHR2, MRGPRX4, and KRTAP12-3. Each is linked with ZDHHC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC15-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 grouped by ZDHHC15-low versus ZDHHC15-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
