ZDHHC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, RNU6-264P, and RN7SL237P. Each is linked with ZDHHC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by ZDHHC12-low versus ZDHHC12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
