Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZDHHC11B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZDHHC11B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZDHHC11B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZDHHC11B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where ZDHHC11B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
